During all stage of production we exercise strict quality control procedures to ensure that customers are able to use every moulding delivered to them with complete confidence.
Additional Services
Injection mouldings can normally be put into service straight from the machine after removal of the sprue. However, if required services such as machining, welding, plating and finishing can readily be incorporated as part of the contract.
Even Sub-Assembly
When the finished moulding forms part of a more complex product we have ample facilities for assembly and sub-assembly. Methods of packing and dispatch are also arranged to meet the customer's own handling requirements.
It all adds up to a total service from design to delivery and one that fits so smoothly into our customer's production schedule that they soon consider us an extension of their own organisation.

We have several moulding machines ranging from 22 tonne to 200 tonne with a shot size from 2gms to 400gms.
Range of Tooling
Tooling Design
A range of tooling capacity that varies from a totally manual to semi auto tools. We are able to produce moulding quantities from 50 to 50,000 plus.
Our toolmakers will produce moulds for our manual or semi automatic machine to enable production of insert mouldings as well as small runs where our manual tools are unbolted by hand.
We also have a selection of shot sizes for our fully automatic production machines to produce thousands of mouldings at competitive prices. If you wanted to place a large blanket order to keep pricing lower for a product and wish to stagger the delivery we can accommodate.
